This policy explains where orders may be dispatched from, when tracking is provided, the delivery estimate currently used by Nexara Living and the charges shown at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are prepared in 2 business days after payment confirmation. We email tracking after dispatch. A carrier's first tracking scan can take a short time to appear.
Where orders are dispatched from
Depending on the product and delivery destination, an order may be dispatched from a local or international partner fulfilment centre. This means an international parcel may be part of your order even when you buy from our Australian business.
Multi-item orders can be sent in separate parcels. Each dispatched parcel should receive its own tracking information.
Shipping charges
- Free tracked shipping: applies when the order reaches A$70 AUD.
- Orders below A$70 AUD: tracked shipping is A$8.50 AUD. The checkout total and shipping method shown for your destination are the final amounts to review before payment.

Estimated arrival
Orders to all supported destinations are estimated to arrive in 9–14 business days. This estimate includes the 2-business-day processing time and 7–12 business days in transit.
This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs processing, carrier disruption, public holidays, weather and local postal conditions can affect delivery.
Tracking and delivery support
Use Track Your Order after tracking is issued. If tracking does not update as expected, or the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact Nexara Living with the order number so we can review the shipment with the relevant delivery service.
Address changes and incorrect addresses
Check the delivery address before payment. Contact us immediately if it needs to be corrected. We cannot promise an address can be changed after processing begins. Additional costs caused by a customer-provided incorrect address may be deducted or charged where permitted, but this does not limit rights that apply when Nexara Living or a service provider makes an error.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, duties, VAT or import taxes may apply depending on the destination and checkout arrangement. The checkout will show amounts collected in advance where supported. Charges imposed separately by a local authority or carrier remain the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
