Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our facility.

Shipping Origin & Fulfillment

To provide a curated selection and stable stock levels, orders are fulfilled by our global supplier network. Most items ship directly from our partner fulfillment centers in China. This model allows us to maintain reliable delivery times for our customers across multiple regions.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Tracked Shipping: Applied to all orders over AUD 50.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A fee of AUD 8.50 applies to all orders below the AUD 50 threshold.
  • Note: All shipments include full door-to-door tracking. Tracking updates typically appear 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 8–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Factors such as customs inspections, local postal delays, or public holidays may impact final delivery dates.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Nexara Living is not responsible for delivery delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an item is returned to us due to an address error, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Partial Shipments

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels. Each parcel will be assigned its own tracking number.


Returns & Refunds

All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. To start a return, please use our Online Return Portal or email sales@nexaraliving.com with your order number.
